TERMS OF USE
Caregiver Circle Connect (formerly CareCircle Connect) — a True North Wellness Media app

These Terms govern your use of the Caregiver Circle Connect iOS app. By using the app, you agree to them. Questions? Truenorthwellnessmedia@gmail.com.

1. LICENSE
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

2. ACCOUNTS
You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must be at least 13 years old. Share information only about people you are authorized to help care for, and invite only people you trust.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE
Don't use the app to harass, defame, threaten, impersonate, post unlawful or non-consensual content, spam, or disrupt the app or backend. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. YOUR CONTENT
You own the tasks, events, messages, notes, and photos you create. You give us a limited license to store, reproduce, and transmit that content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for what you share.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS — CARECIRCLE PLUS
CareCircle Plus is auto-renewing: $4.99/month or $39.99/year. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial; Apple charges $39.99/year after the trial unless canceled at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store settings. Refunds are at Apple's discretion.

6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Parts of the app and sync service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. If we discontinue the service entirely, we'll give reasonable notice where practical.

7. TERMINATION
You can stop using the app and delete your account in Settings > Account > Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate violating accounts.

8. HEALTH DISCLAIMER
This is a coordination tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified health professional about medical questions, medications, and treatments.

9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid in the prior 12 months or USD $50. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
