Caregiver Circle Connect (formerly CareCircle Connect) — a True North Wellness Media app

Caring for a parent, grandparent, or loved one takes a team. This policy explains what information Caregiver Circle Connect handles, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Email Truenorthwellnessmedia@gmail.com and we'll respond within 24 hours.

INFORMATION WE HANDLE
Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a unique account identifier and, if you choose to share them, your name and email. We use this to identify your account and keep you connected to your care circle across devices.

Your circle's content. What you create in the app — your loved one's profile and care plan, tasks, events, feed posts, photos, and chat messages — is stored on your device and synced through our backend so everyone in your circle sees the same information. Your circle is private and invite-only; this content is never sold or used for advertising.

Usage data. The app collects anonymous usage analytics through HeyCatch, an analytics service that speaks the PostHog protocol. This data is not linked to your name or email unless you sign in, and is never sold or used for cross-app tracking.

Purchases. CareCircle Plus subscriptions are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to verify your subscription status. Apple handles payment card details.

Notifications. If you allow notifications, we use your device's push token for tasks, events, and circle updates. You can turn these off anytime in iOS Settings.

KEEPING YOUR CIRCLE SAFE
Circles are private, invite-only spaces. Objectionable language is filtered before posting, and posts, comments, and messages can be reported or blocked. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
- Apple — sign-in, App Store, purchases, and notifications
- Google — optional sign-in
- RevenueCat — subscription management
- HeyCatch / PostHog — anonymous usage analytics
- Our backend service — stores and relays circle content

DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Your content stays available while your account is active. Delete your account in Settings > Account > Delete Account or by emailing us. Shared content may remain visible as part of your circle's history until the circle is deleted.

YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email Truenorthwellnessmedia@gmail.com and we will respond within 24 hours.

CHILDREN
The app is for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

CHANGES
If this policy changes materially, we'll update it here and note the new effective date.
