BEFORE YOU WRITE
Include the app version, device model and iOS version, sign-in email if relevant, and a screenshot or description including any error text.

CIRCLES & INVITE CODES
Every circle has its own invite code. If an invite fails, wait and try again. Codes are released when circles are renamed or deleted. Still stuck? Email us.

BILLING & CARECIRCLE PLUS
CareCircle Plus is billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel at App Store > your profile > Subscriptions. If a purchase failed, try Restore Purchases in the app's Settings. For anything else, email us with the date and amount.

SIGNING IN
You can sign in with Apple or Google. If one fails, try the other, then email us.

ACCOUNT DELETION & DATA REQUESTS
Delete your account in Settings > Account > Delete Account. You can also email us, and see our Privacy Policy for your options.
